To utilize this excellent method of payment you must have a Paypal account. You can easily set up an account with your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card or bank account information. You then transfer an amount of money into this account from your bank account, or use your credit card to transfer money to any business or person (even if that person does not have a PayPal account).
Purchasing from Offer-Accepted using paypal requires you to transfer funds for your accepted bid into our business account, ecoleco@usa.net. Be sure to include the full amount including shipping. You must use the e-mail address of ecoleco@usa.net in the pay to box. After completing the signup you must click on the send money bar. Then select the send to anyone link.
